Your email and name when you create an account; the photos, sounds, videos and messages you send for diagnosis; vehicle details, mileage and maintenance notes you enter; check engine codes read from your OBD2 reader; and how many AI questions you use each day.
Only to run Wrench.Ai: to diagnose your car, give maintenance advice, explain trouble codes and manage your plan. Your messages and uploads are sent to our AI provider to generate answers. We look up public vehicle, recall and complaint data from the U.S. NHTSA. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Wrench.Ai uses Bluetooth only to talk to an OBD2 reader you choose. It reads trouble codes and, if you ask, clears them. We don't track your location.
Your data is stored securely and is only visible to your account.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page in the app. This permanently removes your account, conversations, uploads and vehicles.
